We want to let you know that Sweet Daddy Cool Breeze will be doing a Trio Show at the Hazard Grill Restaurant in Enfield CT. on Friday May 16. Well, We did it again. We WON the Valley Advocate Grand Band Slam Best Blues Band 2007 Award.
This win makes it three years in a row and putt’s us in the Slammie’s Hall Of Fame.
We would like to thank all are fans who voted for us these past three years. We are humbled and proud to have so much support in this area. Thank You So Much.
S.D.C.B. also wants to congratulate all the other Blues Bands that were nominated.
All these bands are working hard to keep the Blues alive in our area and are all great bands .

Hi Everybody. As you may or may not know. The late Ken Johnson drummer extraordinaire, was a co founder of the S.D.C.B band in 1987. Kenny left the S.D.C.B. band in 1990 to join Kenny Neal. Before that Kenny was the drummer for the James Cotton band for thirteen years. Well, with the Website www.youtube.com Kenny’s music lives on. On youtube type James Cotton in the search bar. There are four songs with Kenny.
You’ll see one of the best blues Drummers of his generation.
This was a great thrill to find these videos.
